The international association of real estate professions FIABCI, Austria division has chosen the therapy center 2226 Lingenau as the winner in the category special real estate and awarded it the Prix d'Excellence. We are pleased with the builder aks Gesundheit GmbH about the strong signal of the real estate industry for the concept 2226. The laudation highlights:
"Excellent values for construction costs, operating costs and life cycle costs are sustainably convincing. Also noteworthy is the appropriate, restrained architecture. It picks up on typical regional elements such as the wooden shingle facade."
